Getting Started with Our Orthodontic Office
We couldn’t be happier that you’re thinking of partnering with the team at Ludlow Orthodontics. We’d love to play a role in creating a healthier, more confident smile for you or your family members, and we do our utmost to make every appointment positive and productive. On this page, we’ve provided all of the information you need when getting started with our orthodontic office!
Your First Visit
The first time you set foot in our orthodontic office, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a member of our front office team. Next, we’ll ask you to complete your new patient forms so that we can get to know you as a person and understand your specific needs. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. Alkhoury, and after performing a quick exam, he’ll listen to your concerns and talk about specific treatments that he believes would be best for addressing your or your loved ones’ orthodontic issues.
New Patient Forms
Our team goes above and beyond to make sure that every single patient has all of their needs met upfront. After all, we want to ensure that you and your family always feel properly taken care of. This process begins with your new patient forms, which give us insight into your dental health in addition to any specific problems you might be facing at the moment. These forms take only a few minutes to complete, but they go a long way toward personalizing your care.Adult New Patient FormsChild New Patients Forms
Once we have taken your braces off, you’re sure to have a reason to smile! Dr. Alkhoury and the rest of our team take great pride in every treatment they provide, to the extent that we give each patient an orthodontic guarantee. After you or your child finishes treatment at our orthodontic office, we can guarantee that your beautiful new smile will last a lifetime, as long as you are adhering to proper care and wearing your retainers. If for any reason you feel this is not the case post-treatment, we invite you to come back and see us.
Get Retainers for Life with Our Preferred Plan
Over the years, we've heard countless stories of patients' retainers getting lost, accidentally thrown away, or even eaten by the dog. It happens more often than you'd think! Retainers are a huge part of your orthodontic treatment, and our Preferred Plan helps ensure smiles continue to look perfect long after braces are removed. By becoming a Preferred Plan member, you get replacement retainers up to four times a year, saving thousands of dollars and gaining peace-of-mind in never having to worry about the cost of losing a retainer. Our patients love this treatment option.
Perks of the plan:
- Up to four replacement retainers per year*
- Retainer visits to our orthodontic office for up to five years
- Post-treatment whitening kit (ages 16+) or a custom sports mouthguard (ages 16 & under)
Dental Insurance Welcome
As an insurance-friendly orthodontic office, we gladly accept several PPO dental insurance plans, and we’re even in-network with many of the most popular providers. When the time comes to pay for your treatment, our knowledgeable team members will review your benefits in detail to let you know what exactly is covered. Then, we’ll handle the paperwork on your behalf, so you don’t have to lift a finger to save on your or your child’s care. Call us today to learn more or get started!
If you’re paying for your child’s orthodontic care with MassHealth instead of private insurance, rest assured that we’ll assist you with the process. MassHealth fully covers the cost of traditional braces (and many other orthodontic treatments) for qualified members younger than age 21. We are one of the only orthodontic offices in the Ludlow area that accepts MassHealth, so you can count on us to help you save!
